Working Statement 2008
Rooted very much in art and science the work encompasses a variety of mediums, sculpture, installation, printmaking and painting, In formal terms the work involves rigid structures and organic forms which can be clearly seen throughout the body of work, curios encased in boxes and containers. My concern is about acquiring objects and materials and transforming them into artefacts that are both precious and mysterious.”
